GRAPHING POLYNOMIAL FUNCTIONS :D
Squared-even-Exponent: bounce off1st power: pass throughOdd exponent:“sgiggle “ through
IMPORTANT TERMSPolynomial Function: a function that can be written like: f(x)=Ax(n)+Bx(n-2)+Cx(n-3)…..Gx+HDegree: The highest power of X in standard form.Leading Coefficient: The coefficient of the first term if the terms are in descending order.Standard form: f(x)=Ax(n)+Bx(n-2)+Cx(n-3)…..Gx+HFactored form: f(x)=(x-r1)(x-r2)(x-r3)….
End behaviors (tails)If the degree is a even number the tails are up, upunless there is a negative infront of the whole equation then the tails are switched. If the degree is an odd number the tails are up down unless there is a negative in front of the whole equation then the tails are flip flopped and become down up.
