STRENGTH OF THE ESTABLISHMENT We are having about 3500 personnel of different categories like Armed/Unarmed, Ex.serviceman & Trained Security Guards/ Supervisors, Officers, Firemen, Fire Officers, Electricians, Plumbers, Gardeners, Sweepers, Cleaners, Drivers working in various organizations throughout India.
- 13. RECRUITMENT OF PERSONNEL The personnel required for our various services are recruited through vigorous checking and screening. The details of antecedents, Proper verification of permanent/ present address, the incumbents academic and other qualifications, moral character ( Supported by certificates from respectable persons with social standings) ate taken and recorded in the form of BIO-DATA with passport size photographs duly attested. In case of posting to a sensitive organization, we even go to the extent of Police Verification Report (PVR).

TRAINING The training of our Security Personnel is conducted at our Training Centre located at Ananda Pur, Kasba, Kolkata – 700078. from the first day, all employees receive a basic training on communication skills, search procedures and on the spot training and advice from the operations training supervisor who certainly monitors each employee throughout their tenure with the Company.
- 15. SELECTION / DEPLOYMENT Our personnel, if desired, may be interviewed along with their Discharge Certificates and other testimonials, as the case may be before deployment at your site. In case any of them is found unsuitable during the course of duty, he will be replaced within 24 hours on a report from your end. They will be carrying out duties as per your direction/instructions in a way as you fell satisfied. Personnel, as desired, can be deployed at a very short notice immediately after hearing from you, formal work order/agreement.
