This project received funding from the European Union to develop large riblet surfaces with super hardness, mechanical, and temperature resistance through nano functionalization. A consortium of 10 partners, including 2 SMEs, 4 large enterprises, 2 research and technology organizations, and 2 universities, will work over 48 months with a budget of €6.5 million, of which €5.5 million is funded by the EU, to create nano-textured surfaces with enhanced mechanical properties for applications such as aircraft and automotive components.
