About the Founder -- Paul Nie Paul is the founder and CEO of HaoLED Over 15 years of experiences in manufacturing, quality assurance, product testing and product certification. General Manager for Intertek SC China from 2000 to 2007 Built up the presence of ETL in China from scratch.  Vice President of CTI from Mar 2007 to Jun 2010 Established the E&E Division and became the largest agent for UL Built up the1 st  NVLAP assessed laboratory according to SSL standards (LM79/80). General Manager of DEKRA CTI from Mar 2008 to Jun 2010    Setup a Joint Venture between DEKRA and CTI, for product certification like GS, CE and CB.
About the Co-Founder – Topy Li Topy is the co-founder and COO of HaoLED Over 12 years of experiences in sales, marketing, quality assurance, product testing and product certification. Sales Manager for Intertek China from 2000 to 2007 Built up the presence of ETL in China from scratch.  Director of E&E at CTI from Mar 2007 to Jun 2010 Established the E&E Division and became the largest agent for UL Built up the1 st  NVLAP assessed laboratory according to SSL standards (LM79/80).
About Dr. Michael Koch Dr. Michael Koch is the Chief Representative of HaoLED Europe Based in Stuttgart, Germany Over 20 years of experience in different business areas such as Business development, Design, Engineering, Integration, Manufacturing, product testing and product certification Management experiences in various positions such as member of senior management team of the optical network group of Alcatel USA, founder and Managing director of mm-lab GmbH or head of the Certification body of DEKRA Certification.
