- 3. CONFIDENTAL CONFIDENTAL How to access admin features? • Prerequisites: • you are defined to be as an admin user • How to: • Open Happit by clicking “Happit icon” • Click “Admin”

CONFIDENTAL CONFIDENTAL How to select a page element for a Happspot? • Prerequisites: • Admin features are switched on • How to: • Move your cursor on top of the page element where you want to create a Happspot • Click right mouse button and select the Happspot type (see list on next page) • Remarks: • all available elements are highlighted with red • Only one introduction per URL is allowed – if already created there is no option to create new one before deleting the existing one • All dynamic page elements may not support adding Happspots

CONFIDENTAL Happspot types and suggested use in user adoption phases Introduction sequence • Use for explaining very shortly why a user should use the software / feature in discovery phase • Overlays the underlying application and highlights the element a Happspot is connected to • May contain one or more Happspot in sequential order Sequence • Teach users how to use a form or process in the underlying application during onboarding and productivity phases • May contain one or more Happspot in sequential order Happspot • Teach users how to use a simple feature in the underlying application during onboarding and productivity phases • May contain one or more Happspot in sequential order
- 6. CONFIDENTAL CONFIDENTAL How to create a Happspot? • Prerequisites: • Page element is selected and create Happspot selected • How to: • Add title • Add content • Define the settings (see next pages) • Preview - Save • Drag and drop the red dot to right position • Publish to users
- 7. CONFIDENTAL CONFIDENTAL Happspot settings 1/2 1. Title is used as a search criteria in Happspot search and as a search result text in addition to be visible in a Happspot 2. Content – Happspot text 3. Wysivyg editor for editing the Happspot content 4. Hyperlink to a picture in Internet or some folder all the users have access (like intranet picture library) 5. Embed code to add videos, powerpoint presentations, surveys etc from other sources 6. Action button link can be used to direct user to in depth user manuals or somewhere else 1 2 3 4 5 6

Pinned = a user is required to check “got it” to close the Happspot 12. Auto-open = the Happspot opens automatically if the user has Happit on and she lands on the page until the “Got it “ is checked 13. CONFIDENTAL CONFIDENTAL How to create an introduction sequence? • Prerequisites: • No introduction sequence exists with the same page URL • Page element is selected and create introduction sequence selected • How to: 1. Add sequence title (works as a search criteria and search result text) 2. Create the first Happspot 3. Save / Publish the first Happspot 4. Click + icon to create the next Happspots (you may navigate also other pages for next Happspots) 5. After all Happspots in a sequence are created make sure to publish them to the 1 2 3 & 5 4

- 11. CONFIDENTAL CONFIDENTAL How to search Happspots as an admin user? 1. Open admin panel and click “Content” 2. Add search criteria (Free text, Happspot type, Happspot status, Language) 3. Click the result to go to the Happspot OR 4. Click pen to modify the Happspot OR 5. Click recycle bin to delete the Happspot 6. When searching draft Happspots main user can also publish one or multiple Happspots at once 1 2 3 4 5 6
