- 5. Things that lead to droughts: pollution, chemical wastes, and human carelessness.

- 7. Do not let this happen to our rivers and lakes!
- 8. Ways to conserve water: turn water off while brushing teeth, take shorter showers (if possible), and do not wash your car unless it needs it desperately
