HISTORY Haztek International® was formed in 1993 by Mr Jerrard Winter, an HSE Manager and currently Haztek’s HSE Director with 25+ years experience in the oil & gas and construction industries who plays an active role in the day-to-day operations of the company. We will provide the Chairman and secretary and any additional team personnel, software and produce the appropriate reports and actions to Chemical Industry association standards. HAZIDS - Hazard Identification Exercise An independent systematic identification of all hazards. Haztek International® has performed independent HAZID’s for many major oil and gas companies and has combined its strong resource base by setting up call off contracts with HAZID Chairman in many worldwide oil and gas bases. We will provide the Chairman and secretary, software and produce the appropriate reports and actions to Industry standards. Sil Reviews A systematic review of all instrumentation and control systems contributing to safety, environmental and asset damage.
