- 2. ▪ MEASURE Evaluation has been in the business of defining gaps in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and health information systems (HIS) measurement and working to fill them. ▪ In this session, we will be looking at what has emerged in Phase IV in terms of tools and concepts for HIS measurement. ▪ Presenters: • Fern Greenwell: HIS performance monitoring tool • Heidi Reynolds: HIS evaluations Evolution of MEASURE’s Work

- 9. ▪ MEASURE Evaluation is currently developing a catalog of HIS tools ▪ Assessment and monitoring tools ▪ Will be available May 2017 ▪ Developed by first reviewing existing tools matrices (MEASURE-created capacity building tool matrix; JSI matrix of RHIS assessment tools) ▪ Consultation with HIS experts to identify tools which are currently in use and have been validated through pilots or field testing HIS Tool Catalog
