- 5. Milestone Events 11.2007 09.2016 HEVAL registered in Industrial and Commercia Administration Department as HEVAL HENGDIAN MACHINERY CO., LTD. CNNC, with registered capital of RMB 50 million. China National Nuclear Cooperation SUFA factory owned 51% of the total share while INNUOVO Electric of HENGDIAN Group owned 49%. Establishment of HEVAL 02.2009 Transfer of Ownership The ownership of HEVAL transferred from SUF CNNC to INNUOVO Electric of HENGDIAN Group which owns 68% of the total share. And the name of company changed into ZHEJIANG INNUOVO MACHINERY CO., LTD. Registered Capital increased to RMB 75 million Capital Increase

- 8. 8 Company Introduction Melting Unit Before -cast Unit After- cast Unit Machi n-ing Unit HEVAL is located at Hengdian, Zhejiang province, which is famous for HENGDIAN WORLD STUDIO and also know as the Oriental Hollywood. HEVAL covers a total area of 102,000 M2 and construction area of 56,000 M2. In brief NDT Center HEVAL has 5 working units, consist of Melting Unit, Before-cast Unit, After- cast Unit, Machining Unit and NDT Center.
- 9. 9 HEVAL adopts alkaline phenolic resin sand as the casting technique. The designed annual production capacity is 10000 tons. Available steel grades include (AOD refined) carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless, (super)duplex/steel as well as super critical steels. - 17. 17 工艺设计 Process Design We combine the CAE finite element analysis and PRO-CAST hot forming simulation analysis to optimize the process design and ensure the internal integrity of castings. The major flows of technical designs are: process design drafting→ geometry model → finite element partition → numerical simulation calculation → post process result analysis → spot the design defects → improve the design → examine the improved design → submit for trial approval.

Equipped with 5 induction furnaces, 3 continuous sand mixers, one practically designed fast molding circle unit, electrical heat treatment furnaces with computer control systems, shot blasting machines, acid wash facilities etc., HEVAL also has testing laboratories, NDT center and machining center, which provide our customers with optional choices for adding value. - 35. The NDT Center is built with 3 RT rooms, equipped with X-ray detection equipment like Ir- 192, Co-60, 6Mev and accelerators ( Max. wall THKNS 280MM). All inspection of VT, DT, MT, UT and PT are carried out and supervised by professionals with ASME NDE certificates, 12 of whom are authorized to inspect Nuclear Grade Products. Heval has full range of sand testing facilities, 2 sets of SPECTRO MAXX spectrum analyzer and one of them is portable. HEVAL is also capable of doing micro-structure analyze, inter granular corrosion test, universal mechanical property test, -196 ℃ impact test, hardness test etc. All these analyze and tests are carried out by professional testers with certificates. 品质能力
