Highlightsand Projects This is my current roleand involves workingclosely with Global Contacts,Infrastructureintegrators,project managers, John Deere Leadership,and various application owners.I have taken a leadingrolein the deployment and upkeep of all standard enterpriseapplications,helpingto providea stableand secure desktop environment for John Deere worldwide, whilefollowingnewly implemented Change Management Guidelines from John Deere Leadership. Some of my pastprojects in this role includethe roll outof McAfee Antivirus and clean up of Symantec Antivirus, roll outof MicrosoftOffice2007, MicrosoftOfficeCommunicator 2007, SAP GUI, and may other applicationsused by John Deere worldwide. Recently I worked closely with the Modeling Solutions team on a Project to consolidate the varietiesof Pro/ENGINEER,JohnDeere’sprimary3DComputer-AidedDesign(CAD) tool,intoasingle configuration process.We usedSCCMand DFS to distribute aStandardVersionof Pro/Eglobally.We alsoaddedthe applicationtothe JDSRScatalog makingitavailable toengineersaroundthe globe. SCCM Client/Server Troubleshooting Software deployment troubleshooting Documentation of supported systems Provided guidanceand trainingto junior members of IT team regardingsoftware deployments and troubleshooting Provided documentation on start-up,shutdown and firstlevel troubleshootingof processes to help desk staff.
