Highlights 2013 Quality management Arterium takes care of customers, employees and society as whole providing the highest possible quality at every stage of the pharmaceutical production cycle and distribution. The Complains Management system in the Arterium Corporation is designed to provide efficient management of complains. We use any external signal to improve internal processes. Arterium demonstrates its responsible approach to the selection of suppliers and manufacturers. In 2013, Arterium conducted three times as many manufacturers and suppliers of raw materials (API, substances of plant origin, packaging and printed materials) audits compared to 2012. In 2013 the total number of complaints from the State Inspectorate for Quality Control of Medicines, State Expert Center, physicians, distributors, medical representatives and consumers regarding quality of products against number of produced batches of products decreased by 1.4% (in 2012 it was 2.7%).
