- 3. Mission “Hëna e Plotë” (Bedër) HEI’ mission is to prepare qualified individuals through an educational philosophy which has in its essence universal values, and supports scientific research aiming to implement ideas and projects that have an impact on the improvement of human life and society.

Vision “Hëna e Plotë” (Beder) HEI’s vision is to be an elite institution of higher education in the country and the region in order to be the first option of education and research for the Albanians wherever they are. “Hëna e Plotë” (Beder) HEI aims to become an international educational institution, offering study opportunities not only for Albanians, but also for foreign students, contributing to the promotion of Albania as a regional center of higher education and research.
