- 9. We eliminated a “swag” in the chandelier and removed the popcorn ceiling, then painted. Intricate painting around trim and multi-trey ceiling.
- 10. Homeowner wanted to be able to unload her groceries from the car into the kitchen side-entrance without getting drenched. She got that and a lot more architectural interest on the side of her house.
- 11. Homeowner wanted some separation between the home office and the rest of the house. We custom-built and installed French doors to accomplish the task.
- 12. We updated this bedroom with new laminate, a new window, crown and base molding, a closet door, and fresh paint.
- 13. The homeowner needed a door for privacy in the bonus room. Because of a cold air return, we needed to allow air flow. We accomplished this by custom-building a wood lattice transom – beautiful and practical.
- 14. Customer wanted more of their existing deck covered. We added an attached screen porch complete with skylights to triple the space under roof.
