Karl wanted to change his environment to design for healthier behaviors. He started studying at the library on Mondays and Wednesdays after class instead of going home, so he could go straight to the gym afterwards. He also began keeping his vitamins by his bed to take in the morning, and kept his floss by the sink with his toothbrush to remind himself to floss daily. These small changes helped him work out more regularly and establish better daily routines.
