       Change it in such a way that it designs for healthier
        behaviors
Background
   My study space
       I usually go back to my dorm after classes are done
        for the day, eat dinner, do some work, and go to sleep

   What Did I Do
       After class on Monday and Wednesday, I’d come
        home to eat, then change into gym clothes and go do
        work at the library

       The library was a lot closer to the gym than my dorm
        in Lagunita was, so it was easier to get to the gym

   Results
       Wore gym clothes all day Wednesday
       Was still too tired at the end of the day so I just
        stayed in my room
       Felt so guilty that I ended up doing a work out routine
        in my room for about an hour
       Worked out on Monday!
       So 50% success rate
Vitamins
   Background
       I don’t always remember to take my vitamins
       The pills are located on my dresser, near my sink and
        away from my bed
Vitamins
   What Did I Do
       Put all the pills I needed to take a day into a small
        cup
       Put the cup on the floor next to my bed
       As soon as I wake up, before I do anything else, I’d
        take the pills
       Then I’d refill the cup right away and put it back on
        the floor next to my bed

   Results
       Took vitamins every morning except Sunday morning,
        because I slept in a hotel Saturday night and forgot to
        bring my vitamins
Flossin’
   Background
       I don’t floss every day (GASP)
       Professor Fogg gave me floss and I committed to
        flossing more in front of the whole class
Flossin’
   What Did I Do
       The floss is usually up and to the right of my sink,
        almost stored away with other items that I don’t use
        on a daily basis
       My toothpaste and toothbrush are behind the mirror
        in front of me, these are items that I use every day
       I put the floss behind the mirror with other items I use
        every day
Flossin’
   Results
       I flossed 4/7 days
       Forgot to do it the first day
       Woke up in a hotel on Sunday, so didn’t have floss
        with me
