To add a contact form to a Facebook page: 1. Search for and click "ContactMe" and then click "Get Started" 2. Choose a page and click "Add ContactMe – Easy Contact Tab" 3. Customize the form by adding a logo, address, phone number, social profiles and required fields, then save the form
How to add contact us form on Facebook page
- 1. Type ContactMe at Search Box and click on it. Click on Get Started. Choose a Page by clicking on it.
- 2. Click on Add ContactMe – Easy Contact Tab for your Fanpage. It brings you to your page wall. Click on the Arrow Down, it will appear. Then click on the Contact Image.
- 3. Click on Customize My Form.
- 4. Another page will pop up. Edit Your Contact Form. You can add Image for your Business Logo, Address, Phone Number, Social Profiles… It will show the Form Preview at the right hand side.
- 5. Scroll down to edit Form Settings. You can add Captcha Spam Protection, Manage Form Fields by clicking at Pencil sign, tick at Required if you want to make it mandatory, Add another field and don’t forget to click on Save Form when you are finished. It will bring you here.
- 6. Go to first page. Reload this page by clicking at the Reload this page button or simply press F5.
- 7. It is done. Yes, visitors can contact you by filling this form. Make it simple okay.
