This document outlines a training session on how to be a wizard at tech training. The session was led by four professors - Jeanne Allen, Cindy Leonard, Beth Kanter, and John Kenyon. It covered designing content using four practices: adult learning theory, concrete examples, audio-visual-somatic design, and JOLT. Participants engaged in interactive exercises to apply the concepts, including discussing how to incorporate activities into their own trainings based on goals and content. The session aimed to teach best practices for interactive content design grounded in adult learning theory.
