To create a Facebook page, login to Facebook and click on Pages in the search box or select Create a Page. Choose a page category such as local business or entertainment. Enter the business information and complete any security checks. The page is now ready with a profile picture. To create a welcome page, click on apps and add an FBML page. Open the FBML app and add HTML code in the box to design an attractive welcome page. Save it and the custom welcome page is ready.
