- 2. Lets Begin Designing Our Presentation You can decide how your presentation will look Click on Design and select design templates or color scheme Your Design will be applied to each slide. Click on Text Boxes to type in your information
- 3. Lets insert a picture To insert a picture click on Insert Click on Picture then clip art Under Search for: type in the sort of picture you want Example if you want a picture of a rose type in a general term- flower and select a picture You can move pictures around and place them where you want them to go
- 4. You can even add pictures from the Internet First copy and paste the picture into my pictures, in my documents on your computer. Then select insert- picture- from file.
- 5. Select an Animation Scheme When you select an animation scheme you change the way your text appears on the screen You click on slide design and select animation scheme You have a wide variety of options that include zoom, fade and many more
- 6. Slide Transition You can decide how a slide transitions onto the screen Select Slide Show then select slide transition A list will appear, make a selection You can also determine how long you want your transition to take
- 7. Sound You can add sound to enhance your presentation Click on Slide Show and slide transition Select a transition Click in the sound box Choose what type of sound you would like
- 8. You can add charts and graphs To add a chart or graph, select format and click on slide layout
- 9. New Slide After you have completed your first slide, select new slide You will start with a blank slide and can add different transitions and effects for each one
- 10. Guidelines You can change your font style and color , but keep it simple. Make sure your color combinations are easy to read Proofread and spell check! Everyone must save your work on a disk or flash drive.
