Please refer to this as an instructional guide to sign up and become a Real Innovate Agent.

- 4. CAREER CENTER This is the page where the sign up process begins Scroll down to the bottom of the chart Click on (Any Commission Plan) 3 Plans to Choose From

- 6. 90% & 100%/$495 FLAT FEE Once you choose the plan you are interested in you will be re-directed to the shopping cart area Enter in all requested information There are no charges for 90% Commission & 100% Commission/$495 Flat Fee Plans Make Sure the quantity is correct Click (GO TO PAYMENTS)
- 7. 90% & 100%/$495 FLAT FEE Cont. Fill out all required Info Click Continue
- 8. 100% REAL INNOVATE PRO Click on the payment option of your choice Credit Card or Echeck (click Continue) Paypal
- 9. 100% REAL INNOVATE PRO Cont. Fill in all required billing info Complete all required fields and click continue. Once you have confirmed that everything is correct you will be completed.
- 10. CONGRATULATIONS You are now enrolled as a Real Innovate Agent But First you must fill out / sign all required contracts and documents These documents will show up on the Congratulations page and are also available on our virtual office
- 11. NEW AGENT FORMS There are several required forms that need to be filled out to complete the sign up process. These are: Independent Contractors Agreement Independent Contractors Agreement Exhibit B Independent Contractors Agreement Addendum #1 Office Policy Manual Receipt Statement of Information Follow additional instruction of the Statement of Information Salesperson Change Application (Form RE214) We prefer that you use elicensing with the DRE (It will change over your license instantly online) Go to www.dre.ca.gov Click on (elicensing) and register https://secure.dre.ca.gov/elicensing/
