SIMONS TRAINING SOLUTIONS
1. Keep your emotions in check
2. Don’t allow yourself to get defensive
3. Look beyond the anger
4. Anticipate potential volatile situations
5. Customer get annoyed when they are shuffled between departments.
6. Defuse the anger-let him get it all out.
7. Don’t make promises you cant keep.
8.Be Empathetic
9. Analyze the problem.
10.Ask the customer how he would like the problem resolved.
11. Stress what you can do not what you can`t.
12.Act on the problem.
13. Identify any potential problems that may arise
.
14. Follow through-call customer to find out if the problem was solved.

15. Satisfy the customers major demand and ask for refferals.
