Under the “Insert” tab, click “Shapes.” Choose and place any two shapes. Select one shape. Under the “Animations” Tab, choose “Custom Animations” On the right sidebar, choose “Add Effect” Choose an effect. The number 1, a mouse graphic, and a description of your animated shape will appear in the sidebar. Right click on this description. Click on “Timing” Click on “Triggers” Choose “Start Effect on Click of” Search the “Start Effect” menu until you find the description of your trigger shape, and select it. You have now created a trigger. To make the trigger invisible, right-click on the trigger, and choose “Format Shape.” Change the transparency to 99%. If the shape has a border (line) remove it by selecting “Format Shape,” “Line Color,” and  “No line.” Trigger Rus Wilson 2010

How To Make A Trigger
