Step 1. Request for Vaultastic and LegacyFlo accounts
• Request for your
Vaultastic domain
via the helpdesk
• Receive Legacyflo
credentials via mail

• Receive Vaultastic
credentials via mail
Step 1. Request for Vaultastic and LegacyFlo accounts

• Login as postmaster to
your Vaultastic domain
• URL:<domain>.vaultast
ic.com
Step 2. Login to Vaultastic

• Select users under your
domain
• Select add users from top
of the middle pane
Step 3. Add Users

• Give user details
including userid,
password and plan
• Select HOLD plan
• Press Continue
Step 3. Add Users

• Hold plan is different
from other Vaultastic
user plans.
• In a hold plan you get
charged by the amount
of storage used.
• There is no per user
charge.

• Login to your Legacyflo
account using the
credentials shared
• legacyfloapp.mithi.com
Step 4. Login to Legacyflo

• You will be prompted
to reset your
password on the first
login

• Click on the Add
button
Step 5. Submit the migration request

• Choose IMAP-MITHI-IMAP
as the Request type.
• In the form on the right
side, give source and
destination information.
• The source information will
be for the SkyConnect
account, the destination for
the Vaultastic account.
• Click Done.

• Verify and correct the
request parameters

• Submit the request
by clicking on Start

contents, the raw file will
have to be imported to a
mailbox or vault.

S3 bucket.

Step 1. Get a LegacyFlo account

• Raise a ticket with
Mithi Customer care
• Your account will be
created, and the
credentials sent via
mail.

Step 2. Signup for an AWS account

• Create a S3 bucket in
a region supported
by Legacyflo
Step 3. Create a S3 bucket

• Grant write and list
permissions to LegacyFlo
Step 3. Create a S3 bucket

• Click on Add new request
• Select request type MITHI-
S3-ZIP
• In the Destination
information, click on the +
sign next to the S3 Bucket
Name field
Step 4. Configure S3 bucket in Legacyflo

• Confirm that the
bucket is ready

• Give the name of the
bucket
• Select Region
• Verify Access

• You will be shown a
message that the bucket
details have been saved.
• This target bucket can
now be used for
submitting requests.

• Give the request
parameters
• Source will have the
details of the
SkyConnect / Vaultastic
account
• Destination will have
the details of the S3
bucket
