Before we set up Dropbox, we
tackle first its benefits

These are the benefits of
using Dropbox…

1. Keep your files safe

Dropbox lets you save photos,
docs, videos and other files

all in one place — and
automatically backs up your
stuff

So if your computer breaks
down or

you leave your phone on the
train, your stuff is safe.

2. Take your stuff anywhere

Save your photos and docs to
Dropbox, and access them on

any computer, phone, or
tablet with the Dropbox app.

Every file you save to Dropbox
is automatically synced to all
your devices,

so you can get to your stuff
from anywhere.

3. Send large files

Need to send a file?

Just add it to your Dropbox,
share a link to it, and you’re
done.

No matter how large the file
is, anyone with the link can
view or

download a copy — even if
they don’t have a Dropbox
account.

4. Work on files together

Collaborate on presentations
and docs — without emailing
files back and forth.

Just create a shared folder
and add other people to it.

When you edit a file in a
shared folder,

everyone instantly gets the
latest version on their
devices.

We will now set up your
Dropbox account.

Open a browser

Any browser will do. This time
we will use chrome.

Type www.dropbox.com

Press enter

This is the Landing Page

You can now sign up

You can also sign up using your
Google account

If you don’t have Google account.
You sign up with Google.

Use your Google account to
sign up

Enter your password

Press the “next” button

This will appear

Press “allow” button

You will land on this page

Tick the “blank” button

Press the “sign up” button

This will appear. You have now
a Dropbox account.

To install Dropbox to
your computer

Click the “download” button

You will land on this page

Click the “Download Dropbox”
button

Downloading finish

Click the button below

Dropbox is now installing

Dropbox is now installed

To open the Dropbox, click the
button below

Welcome to your Dropbox
account

Click “Get Started”

Read and Click

Read and click

Click “Finish”

How to complete your
set up using your Google
account?

Log in to your account

Email looks like this

Click to open

Click “complete my set-up”

Dropbox will automatically
download.

How to upload files in your
Dropbox?

Click “Upload files”

Choose your files

Click what files to upload

Click “Open”

Uploading looks like this

You already finish uploading
your files

How to send large files with
other person?

Click the “share” button

This will appear

Type the email address you
want to share your files

Click “share” button

It is already shared

We will verify if the files can
be viewed by the person we
shared

Let her log in with her email

This will appear and click the
Dropbox message

Click “view file”

File can be viewed by the
person you shared

You can download the file through
Microsoft Word by clicking

then, you can now edit the
files.

To set up your account

Click “settings”

This will appear

To upload your photo

Click “edit”

Click “upload from computer”

Select photo

Click “open”

Click “done”

The photo already appeared

To set up the security of the
account

Click “security”

Click “start check up”

Click “yes”

Click “next”

Security check up is completed

To sign out the Dropbox
account

Click the photo icon

Click “sign out”

Dropbox is now signed out
