Enter www.ecwid.com on the
address bar

And it opens to the
Ecwid Home Page

To begin, you’ll need
to create a free Ecwid
account.

Click Sign Up

Then this page opens

Enter your Full Name

Enter your Email

Enter your Password

Click Create my account

or log in using your information
from Facebook

or Google

Then Control Panel loads

And opens the Dashboard,

Which gives us a
Store Summary

The most important thing
here is you’ve got your

Dashboard

Your Settings

And your Profile

Click Visit Store Front to show you
the store

Then it brings up the pre-loaded
categories Fruits and Vegetables

Click on one category

And it shows more category
features

On the upper left side will show you
My Sales

Catalog

Promotions
(Not available on the FREE account)

Click Promotions and it says
“Upgrade to add this feature”

So click My Sales

Which gives you a history of
what’s been sold

And the status of each sale

Scroll down to see the Total at the
bottom

Click the dropdown

to sort by status of order

then click Apply

Click Date, Time

To sort by Date Today

Or sort this week

Or sort This month

Or sort This quarter, This year or
Lifetime

Or sort by Date Range

Select the Date Range

You can also sort by Customer to
find a customer

Sort by Method of Payment

Click Payment Method

Sort by Delivery Method

Click Fulfillment Status

to see what Fulfillment Status it’s
at

You can also sort by the amount

Next section is the Catalog

The Catalog is the catalog of
your products

and the area where you
break your products into
categories

Under Products

You’ll see from Apple to
Strawberry

Under Categories

You’ll have Fruit and Vegetables

Click on Fruit

and it shows on the right

You can add a category

You can add a sub-category

You can also Delete a category

Under My Sales is the Customer
Names who have ordered

The Customer’s Email

And the Customer’s Order Count

Next click Settings

This is where you set up the
basics of your Ecwid Store

Under General and Store Profile

enter your Store Name

You can fill-out the
Store Front URL later

Then enter your Time Zone

Enter your Company Name

Enter your Company Email

Enter your Address

Enter your City

Select your
State/Province/Region

Enter your Zip/Postal Code

Enter your Country

Enter your Phone Number

Then scroll up and don’t forget to
Save your changes

Under Starter Site a mobile
version of your store

You can change URL of your
Starter Site.

to better match your store name
and profile

Scroll down to add a logo

Then you can put your Mobile
Store Terms and Conditions

Then hit Save

Under Formats and Units

Enter the Currency

Select your Currency

Select your Currency Symbol

Enter Weight Display format

And the Date and Time

Then Save again

Then go to Languages

You can select English or your
Language

Under Cart

You can choose to Hide Out of
Stock products

Click dropdown

to choose how your products are
sorted

Then you can enter Minimum
allowed order subtotal

And your Maximum allowed
subtotal

You can Upgrade to change this
settings

Click on Awaiting Payment

to check the Status of your order

You can Require customers to
create accounts on checkout

Or Require phone number on
checkout

You can choose to Ask customer
to select the options

Add Tracking code on "Thank
you for your order" page

You can Compare to Price

You can Order Comments so
customer can give feedback

And you can Upgrade to add
these features
