- 1. How to be a guest on “The Whatcom Wordsmith” podcast with Host Jennifer Karchmer • Plan to have a fun, lively impromptu conversation. No preparation needed. Just be yourself and promote your book and writing. Some authors like to bring a copy of their latest book so they can read a passage on-air (optional). • Please send me some links to your website, FB and a short bio so I can learn about you. • If you would kindly send a review copy of your book ahead of your taping, that is helpful for me to prepare. I may not have time to read the entire book in time but appreciate it for review. • The show is 30 mins. Allot about an hour for setup, etc. We tape it, then it airs on KMRE in a few weeks.
