- 2. • Incident investigations (Near miss, Injury Incidents, Occurrence) Site visit to the incident occurred place. Carry out Root cause analysis and enable CFT to carry out the same. Carry out Why-Why analysis and enable CFT to carry out the same. Derive the CAPA and follow up on implementation. • Audits and Inspections: Performing audits and inspections with the departments to make ensure they meet safety regulations and follow up for Corrective action. Scaffold inspector of the division. Carry out Weekly joint inspection at site. • Outage coordinator for safety: Coordination of various safety related activities to ensure safety during unit overhaul. Ensured incident free outages. • Plant safety rounds: Performed daily walk-through for safety inspections of the facilities including fire systems. Documented and photographed findings and compiled and presented statistical data on safety activities to EH&S Director. Compliances for PTW, JSA, HIRA for the jobs. Prepare SOP as per requirement at site. Make sure that personal protective equipment is being used in workplaces according to regulations.
