Humanities V/s Science Education
It is in human nature to classify, organize, and put into a structure the things we
encounter every day. We are living exciting time where knowledge flows and gets shared
like never before. Science is no longer the exclusive domain of scientists and is more
present than ever in our day to day. Technological development is dizzying and its impact
on human development is giving rise to an increasing need for changes in educational
models. Science is what makes up the world and the only way you would be able to know
that would be by getting a real education in the studies of science. Science makes you
smarter, it increases your awareness of diseases going around in the world, and getting a
proper education in science can inspire kids to be scientists themselves.
First of all, educational studies in science can really make a student more wise or sharp.
When studying science, a person can learn about many things. In addition to that,
learning science can also inform children of all ages about what is going on in the world.
Science is core subject for a very important reason as it allows pupils to experience
different investigations which enable them to grasp a vast range of skills which results in
rich understanding for the subject. In fact, the whole structure of our civilization rests on
scientific knowledge. We should offer scientific education of the highest order and on
modern lines in our schools, colleges and universities.
Education in the arts is an integral part of the development of each human being. Those
who have studied learning processes throughout the ages. Study in the arts is integral to
our society. They are a part of the cultural heritage of every Pakistani. The arts also
provide learners with non-academic benefits such as promoting self-esteem, motivation,
aesthetic awareness, cultural exposure, creativity, improved emotional expression, as well
as social harmony and appreciation of diversity.
1) It changes the learning environment to one of discovery.
2) The arts provide challenges to students of all levels.
3) The arts reach students not normally reached, in ways not normally used
Art education is vital for future students. Art allows students to learn about themselves,
their culture, and their community.
Conclusion;
That’s not to say, however, that science and the humanities are one and the
same. Although the methods which they use to study many observations and ideas and to
develop questions and methods to answer them are the same. Consequently, the
characteristic that makes humanities unique from science is also what makes dreams
unique from reality. Both science and humanities carefully integrate. In fact, it seems that
although much effort has been put into separating these two practices, these two fields of
study, both are always needed in order to arrive at a better understanding.
