To Whom It May Concern:
I have been asked to write a letter of recommendation on behalf of my former
student, Sandra Hurd. Sandra is seeking employment in the legal field. I am happy
to recommend her for employment as a law clerk or paralegal.
Sandra was a student in two of my courses over different terms. For over twenty
weeks, I had the opportunity to observe aspects of her character and I got to know
her personally and professionally. It is based upon this that I whole-heartedly
recommend her for employment with you.
Sandra is not only competent and proficient in many legal subjects and technologies,
but almost as importantly she is friendly and fun to be around. As a student in my
classes, I was able to detect that Sandra is extremely hard working and seems to be
able to quickly learn and master anything asked of her. She excels at technology,
and is a natural at research and writing. She truly pours her heart into everything
she does and she will not stop until she has achieved the standard of excellence that
she demands of herself.
But almost as important as her intelligence and work ethic is her outstanding
personality. In both classes, Sandra was a favorite student of classmates – with
many of them seeking out her help and guidance. She is warm, approachable,
knowledgeable, and generous with sharing her skills with others. I have no doubt
that Sandra would fit in with your existing staff and bring with her a host of skills
that would complement those shared by others on your team.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sandra and I happily endorse her skills
and abilities for this legal work. If you would like to discuss her qualifications
further please do not hesitate to reach out to me by email at
mchiacchia@kaplan.edu or by cell phone at (401) 500-5220 at any time.
Very truly yours,
Monique M.Chiacchia,J.D.
