â—Ź An app designed for college students, to provide affordable and
convenient housing within 10 miles of their college location.
â—Ź The app provides undergraduate and graduate college students
with furnished housing options that are the most affordable,
offer flexible lease agreements, provide designated study space,
and accommodate pets. The furnished options only include;
washer, dryer, and kitchen appliances.
â—Ź There is a personality test for roommate pairing, rideshare
options for transportation to the university, virtual and 3D
apartment tours, street view of neighboring area, general helpful
information regarding the apartment search process, user
reviews, and opportunities to earn points towards rent for
visiting local shops.
● All of the leases are flexible to a student’s needs, (e.g semester
long, 12mo. , 9mo.), roommate(s) are optional, and convenient
payment options are offered as well. Regarding payment options,
students have the choice of having a rent gifter if they lack
previous credit history and rent can be paid through the
application.

Brand Identity
Our brand:
â—Ź We wanted our brand/theme color to be a
distinct neon color in effort to stand out
against all other apps that might be on a
user’s phone. We decided to choose the
green neon logo because it was more
concise, clean, and uniform opposed to
having many colors. We also chose Alata
as our font because it was simple, clean,
and cut.

Do you cook or eat out more often?
Do you have a means of transportation in
the city where you go to school?
Research Findings
What apartment resources have you used before?
Site Map
The site map provides us
with the flow of our app.
It shows which pages
lead to others and what
an average visit looks like
for our users.
Wireframes
The wire frames provide
us with a more detailed
layout of our app. We
derived this from the
previous site map and
sketches. We wanted to
achieve the most
convenient layout for our
users.
