- 2. Problems of the Study: Not all students can connect to the Wi-Fi network of the organization. There is an uneven distribution of time connection to the network(some can’t connect and some are over connected to the network). There is no proper security on the network that can be access by everyone just knowing the password to someone. There is a long step by step process on connecting to the organization’s network, thus wasting a lot of effort and time. Only few users can access the network at the same time.
- 3. Objective of the Study: The system will let the student access the network by just following steps and instruction of the system. There is an allocated 1 hour for every student a day, to have a even allocation of time spent. ID No. , Username and Password are needed by the system to have a secured connection and for security purposes. The process can now be done through online thus shortening the time of process for each student saving a lot of effort and time. Increase the systems capacity to handle at least 40 student at most at a time.

Scope of the Study: The proposed system will serve as intercessor for the proper distribution of the internet to the students that do not want to claim their free 1 hour internet in the ICTSC because they have their own gadgets and for some reasonable reasons. The system will request to the user to input ID number, username and password to be confirmed if they are really enrolled and a student of MSC-SICS. BY the use of their information they will be limiting factor for each of them to use the internet access using their gadget for only 1hr and terminates the request after it has been fully consumed. After it, the system will save the records of the person who connects and notes the exact time and date where the user consumed the free internet for documentations.

Limitation of the Study: The system will only allow 40 number of users per hour but every student would have the privilege to us their 1hour free internet consumable in a day only and will be renewed in he next day. The system will only cover the range of the SICS department only. The system will cover google, searching sites and enclose other social networking sites like Facebook, twitter, IG etc. The system will be connected to the system in the ICTSC to prevent the abuse of the student in their privileges. And lastly, the system will only allow those students that are officially enrolled, by means of the logging In the system will know if you are enrolled or not to limit the access for the SICS students only.
