Not Enough Time?  Try Doing Nothing
Mood Changes in minutes Down …. Cyclists were relegated to a single lane Lifted…..   Cycling wasn't as slow as peter had feared High……   Race volunteers to cheer on the racers High…… Thinking persons appointed for offering H5 Down….. Careless persons, ran in front of Bike In few minutes, changed many times,  as external forces determined my mood.  Not Enough Time?  Try Doing Nothing
Not Enough Time?  Try Doing Nothing Happiness anticipating a great ride,  Frustration imagining it would be ruined by the race,  Relief when it wasn't fear when people ran in front Fear again, followed by guilt and self-criticism, when Peter distraction nearly led to a crash.  In few minutes, changed many times,  as external forces determined my mood.  All in the course of a few short minutes.
Not Enough Time?  Try Doing Nothing This is Routine. This is how most of us go through our day An angry comment puts us in a bad mood An unexpected compliment cheers us up  -  And not just directly to us;  (walk past an argument that other people are having?) (ever walk into a cafeteria & hear some bad news) We may feel like there's nothing we want to eat? The truth is,  it all matters to us . Which is why the smallest comment can unhinge us.
Not Enough Time?  Try Doing Nothing The Danger is, it affects  Business decisions Interactions with colleagues Quality of our work & the way we manage others,  & our own.  The solution is,  Do nothing & Important thing is;  Do it regularly,  Few minutes a day!
Not Enough Time?  Try Doing Nothing What Peter Did: -  Took deep breath and let it out slowly Looked around, noticing the sun shining  Body relaxed and returned to its even, steady rhythm.  Peter thought,  He was taking bike on a ride  But Actually, his bike took him me on one What Peter Did: -  Stopped working & Relaxed
Not Enough Time?  Try Doing Nothing The Solution offered is: Sitting quietly,  with your eyes closed,  Following your breath,  As it enters and then leaves Say … its meditating. So,  Zuhar Prayers   Important for Business too But, what we actually do?
Not Enough Time?  Try Doing Nothing When Mediate;  Mind spends most of its time planning Worrying about the future Going over and over the past & Many Questions; How will I approach that conversation?  What will I say to that employee?  What time should I leave for the meeting?  Or Why did I say that?  Did I respond appropriately?
Not Enough Time?  Try Doing Nothing It's foolish & Insane.  We are fools - insane The actual situation is: We've got this fascinating present  we're living in & we can't seem to be present in it.  We're so worried about  ------ Either  not having lived the last moment well ------ Or  not living the next moment well   & end up missing the current moment entirely .
Not Enough Time?  Try Doing Nothing The Actual Situation is: The less we live in the current moment,  The more mistakes we'll make in it &  The more stress about in the next moment. So … Do nothing is the target.   The biggest obstacle is  -  Scarcity of Time With so much to do, it's not  Counter productive to take time  To sit ………. & Do nothing ?
Not Enough Time?  Try Doing Nothing The most interesting thing:  -  Sitting Idle and doing nothing  Made Peter significantly more efficient 20 minutes of meditation helped him avoid  - hours of time lost in  ------ Unproductive thought,  ------ Unconstructive comments,  ------  Unstrategic actions. When relax, breath……. helps us return to the present  Whether … we're biking. Or listening. Or working.
Not Enough Time?  Try Doing Nothing So, Be in Present.  ----  Aware of Feelings  ----  But not controlled by them Which was good practice because  Others can be right, & you can make mistake too If so, please accept & apologize &  meditate for business reasons,  Losing awareness of how we're feeling  or what we're thinking affects  our relationships, our decisions, our actions  These are business !
