- 35. In March 2009, we launched the Great Schools campaign to start a national debate about what makes great schools and learning environments for the 21 st Century … … and to make the most of the UK’s biggest investment in school buildings
- 36. At the heart of the campaign is a landmark inquiry into the impact of school environments on improved outcomes for children and young people led by Baroness Estelle Morris.
