 Training and development of new staff / apprentices and permanent employees
using tool box talks and coaching techniques to update skills matrix and training

 Generating Continuous Improvement ideas for all issues in all areas of the business,
including card input and closure rate for company metrics
 MES data capture to monitor adherence to process times
 5s Audits / walks supporting projects and activities throughout the facility
 Behavioural Based Safety Audits and daily safety walks to monitor adherence to
health and safety policy
 Reviewing, collection and analysis of components, processes and machine data in
order to determine root cause and develop a root cause corrective action (RCCA)

quality, velocity and cost issues
 Monitoring and developing Standard Operation Process (SOP) and SWES, Standard
