This document presents a project report on exporting Pakistani mangoes to Australia. It discusses Pakistan's mango production and varieties such as Sindhari and Chaunsa mangoes. It proposes exporting mangoes to fill Australia's demand during its summer season from December to February. Australia is chosen as the export market due to its stable business environment and competitive costs. Comparative advantage theory of trade is discussed as Pakistan is a larger mango producer than Australia. Environmental factors of the Australian market like its legal, cultural, economic and political landscape are examined. Export strategies involving joint ventures and promotions are proposed. Requirements for legal documentation and supply chains for local and export are outlined.
