- 1. IEVA ŠIMKUTĖ I am happy of preparing the recommendation for Ieva Šimkutė, who is applying for the Marketing Management AP degree programme. Ieva has been my student for 4 years while learning Economics. She is one of students who is interested in Economics during the free time. To add, I have noticed that Ieva treated academic activity seriously with active participation during lessons. In case she is ill or is unable to participate – she always accounts for topics on time independently. She is one of the best students in her class. Ieva actively participates in all conferences, lectures, competitions that are linked with Economics. Moreover, Ieva has abilities of forming a team, is good at listening to the opinion of others and accepts opinion of everybody. Usually she undertakes the role of a leader and maintains the positive atmosphere in team. In case her team doesn’t win the tournament or the competition, she motivates members of a team to perceive it positively as a lesson as well as motivates them to seek for aims. This students is capable of accepting own mistakes and learning from them. She is careful therefore she never misses a possibility to help a friend. She has great time-planning skills. All her positive features will help Ieva during her studies in future. She has a great potential to become a successful Marketing and Sales Manager. I sincerely believe that in case she is offered a possibility to continue her studies in the programme of the Marketing Management, she will definitely cope well with all requirements.
