The first fully-digital way to shop for life insurance in Chile ACCELERATING INSURANCE #DESIGN #UX/UI #INVISION #HTML5 #CSS3 Disrupt The Status Quo Design thinking to design doing Days To Minutes Today, finding the right life insurance in Chile requires several in-person meetings over many days. To disrupt this century-old model, Zurich asked Imagemaker to design Chile’s first-ever fully digital insurance application process. Following a design thinking approach, we mapped the customer journey and uncovered user needs through focus groups, workshops, and site visits. We then designed the UX/UI of the new product in iterative cycles, with constant input from users and clients. We delivered a working prototype of the final design, which was validated with customers and bank employees. After implementation, it will allow customers to shop for life insurance in minutes, and allow Zurich to become major player in the life insurance market in Chile.

Tripling conversion on auto insurance comparison site TURNING LEADS INTO SALES #UX/UI #ORACLEDATABASE #JSF #HTML5 #WEBSPHERE Sell More Insurance Online Rebuild AutoCompara From Scratch 3X The Conversion Rate Santander’s AutoCompara, a website for comparing auto insurance, had a low conversion rate due to frequent crashes and a poor user experience. To lift online auto insurance sales, Santander approached Imagemaker to redesign and rebuild AutoCompara. A team of software engineers, a designer, an architect worked closely with insurance experts and clients to design and build the new AutoCompara. The redesign eliminated crashes and drastically improved the user experience. When AutoCompara relaunched, the conversion rate tripled and online sales became a significant revenue stream for Santander.

The biggest enterprise banking portal in Chile A NEW STANDARD FOR BANKING #UX/UI #FULLSTACK #INTEGRATION #MICROSERVICES #WEBSPHERE #PIVOTOLCLOUDFOUNDRY Migrate customers and minimize churn Assemble 80% Of The Project Team Set A New Standard For Banking When Scotiabank acquired BBVA Chile, it had to integrate both banks’ IT infrastructure and migrate millions of customer accounts into Scotiabank. To prevent customer churn during the migration, Scotiabank need to build a world-class banking portal. Imagemaker assembled a team of architects, engineers and designers for this project. 16 Makers worked closely with 4 Scotiabank team members from end to end, starting with customer discovery, then moving through design, development, and data migration. The collaboration between Imagemaker and Scotiabank led to the biggest enterprise banking portal in Chile. It can be accessed on the cloud and in the Bank’s local installation. In addition, the team built a reusable component library that can be used by Scotiabank teams worldwide.
