The Mohammed VI Library at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, Morocco implemented EBSCO Discovery Services (EDS) to improve access to its resources and user experience. EDS was selected due to the library's existing relationships with EBSCO and familiarity of users with the EBSCO interface. The implementation process from June 2013 to November 2013 involved setting up the EDS system, customizing the catalog, testing, and branding. Early usage statistics showed growing use of EDS, and the library is promoting EDS through workshops, meetings with faculty, and embedding it in course guides. The library plans to formally evaluate EDS in Fall 2014 through a user survey.

- 2. Abstract Discovery Service as a “Google-like” search tool is rapidly becoming the chosen web –scale for libraries to facilitate access to and discovery of a multitude of resources. Mohammed VI Library decided to take advantage of this emerging technology as the first Moroccan library to improve library use experience.
