As it (ME) gives launching platform for every field of engineering such as automobile, manufacturing, aerospace, power generation, chemical engineering etc. Hence Mechanical Engineers must have management skills, they have to deal with all the employees and processes. Mechanical Engineers Design and Develop everything, from Aero plans to Bicycles. That mean they have to deal with different projects and their strategies. Design/Redesign Mechanical & Thermal system/subsystem using analysis and CAD, Supervise manufacturing processes are prime duties of mechanical engineers.
