This paper proposes a hybrid particle swarm optimization method to enhance the coding efficiency of High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) by optimizing intra frame prediction while reducing computational complexity. The method aims to improve video quality by achieving a 12% increase in Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) and a 40% decrease in computational delay compared to existing algorithms. The research highlights the necessity for efficient video coding methods as demand for high-definition video increases.
