Servicios Picardi, C.A. is a Venezuelan contractor founded in 1992 that specializes in heavy transportation, lifting, industrial cleaning, construction, offshore marine services, and air transportation, primarily serving the petrochemical and oil industries. Over 21 years, the company has gained expertise and experience working in Venezuela and maintains offices, yards, branches, and equipment across the country. - 2. HISTORY Servicios Picardi, C. A. is a Venezuelan Contractor that began operations back on November 5th, 1992 at the Anzoátegui State in Venezuela; it has dedicated in developing order to Heavy Transportation, Heavy Lifting, Industrial Cleaning, Civil Construction, Marine Offshore Services and latest Air Transportation. Focusing mainly to the Petrochemical and Oil Industries, for National Companies as well as, for International Companies. Main Offices and Yards, are located north of the Anzoátegui State, contiguous to the port of Guanta, third largest port of entry in Venezuela but main port of entry for the Oil Industry Supply of Equipment and Materials. Next to the second largest Refinery in Venezuela and nearby to Jose Petrochemical Complex where are located the 4 largest Oil UpGraders. Branches and yards are held at developed regional areas like Punto Fijo, San Tomé, Cumaná, Maturín, etc., and at developing areas like Güiria. During this past 21 years since founded, the company has gained valuable knowledge, expertise and mainly skills to be able to maintain sustainability in a country with everyday changing policies, always without sacrificing safety and quality. Thanks to that, we have been able to attain a high level of trustiness from our clients and a year by year increase in contracts, personnel and sales. Thanks to above, thanks to corporate values, business visualization, timely investments, its strong equity base and added value for customers, the company have a large number of projects already contracted to develop nationwide and soon overseas.

MISSION We are a general contractor company specializing in the areas of construction, lifting of heavy equipment and transportation of heavy cargo, offshore vessel services and commuting air services, serving in civil and mechanical areas, an ever growing company forged with hard work, dedication, mystical, ethics, efficiency, and honesty, all of which has allowed us to be at the forefront of the regional market. We have a strong commitment to achieve our main goal of obtaining the satisfaction of our clients through the provision of a quality service, reliability and efficiency, based on continuous improvement and innovation, as well as the use of construction processes enriched by the experiences gained in the preceding services. - 5. FINANCIAL STRENGHT Important to point out that Servicios Picardi, C. A., throughout our history has maintained and increased solvency and financial stability. Year to year increase in sales, cash flow and the incorporation of newer and remarkable human resources, heavy equipment, offshore vessels and commuter planes, are some of the factors that have enabled us to provide our customers the reliability of successfully completing each project. With the above, we opened the doors for all types of bank financing thus allowing us to enter into larger job scales. For 2013, Servicios Picardi, C. A., the largest contractor of the SP Group, had raised the contractual capability allowance by the Venezuelan Government to over Bsf 900MM, equivalent to US$ 145MM, which is excellent. It is in the higher rating levels in the country, thus allowed to be granted under contract large projects and developments.

- 8. SERVICES HEAVY CARGO TRANSPORTATION AND HEAVY CARGO LIFTING Servicios Picardi, C. A., differs from other organizations in the industry by a constant innovation and application of technology advances in their operations, having at hand the equipment and the technical expertise to carry out all kinds of transports or lifting works that represent a challenge to conventional systems. In this way the company provides solutions and innovative ideas that offer customers reduced response times, cost savings and other benefits, ensuring the safety and quality of operations. Additional, a critical factor for success in value offered by Services Picardi, C. A., for customers with special needs and requirements for exceptionally sized or heavy loads, there’s Mammoet Venezuela, C. A., a subsidiary of the SP Group in partnership with the world’s largest heavy load carrier and lifting company Mammoet (www.mammoet.com). Our Special Project Management team offer customers, alternative strategies in order to increase the safety of operations, reduce costs, and speed up delivery times, or to meet any other needs that may arise.

SERVICES INDUSTRIAL CLEANING Supply of equipment and personnel for industrial cleaning using liquid vacuum trucks, industrial vacuums (Guzzlers), sewer cleaners (Vactors) and high pressure water blasters (Jetstream), among others special pumps. HEAVY MACHINERY The large fleet of machinery and equipment, conventional or special, available from Servicios Picardi, C. A., it’s strict maintenance programs and the strategic location of our offices and yards in the country, grant our customers access to our equipment in the form of rental or in the form of service. As on 2013 the variety of capacities from small to large for each type of equipment, from earth moving equipment, lifting equipment, road transport equipment, industrial cleaning equipment and heavy equipment for construction or maintenance, has made Servicios Picardi, C. A., to become whole providers for many clients.
- 10. SERVICES MARINE OFFSHORE VESSEL SERVICES By 2008 Servicios Picardi, C. A., by request and by the trust of international clients whom expanded operation to offshore oil and gas blocks, became provider of offshore marine services, by acquiring and providing the services of Platform Supply Vessels, Anchor Handling Supply Vessels, Fast Crewboats and Accommodation Vessels, a sector that its growing day by day with a large share by our company, with up to date 2013 owning 9 vessels in the fleet. COMMUTING AIR PASSENGER SERVICES By 2010, Servicios Picardi, C. A., saw the opportunity to enter into the personnel commuting air services to oil and gas remote areas, started services with 1-8 seater twin turboprops plane and counts in 2013 now with 5 planes from 8 to 30 passengers including executive jets.
