EXPECTED TO RUN FROM A DISTANCE OVER THE RAMP
AND LAND ON THE SAND PIT
OBSTACLE NO 2:DUOBLE BARREL JUMP OR LONG JUMP
EXPECTED COME RUNNING FROM LITTLE DISTANCE AND
JUMP OVER DRUM BURIED IN GROUND LENGTH WISE
OBSTACLE NO3:BALANCING BEAM
3 WOODEN BEAMS PLACED ONE AFTER THE ANOTHER AND
ONE IS EXPECTED TO CLIMB FROM EITHER SIDE AND GET
DOWN FROM OTHER. GETTING DOWN IN BETWEEN NOT
PERMITTED
OBSTACLE NO4:SCREEN JUMP
RAMP SIMILAR TO NO1 AND A RED SCREEN IN FRONT
CANDIDATE IS EXPECTED TO JUMP OVER ON SAND PIT SCREEN.
ONE REQUIRES MOMENTUM AND JUMP OVER WITHOUT STOPPING .IF YOU
TOUCH THE SCREEN IT WILL FALL DOWN.DON’T WASRE TIME TO PUT IT
BACK. IT WILL BE DONE BY STAFF

TWO PARALLEL ROPES AT APPROX HT OF 15 FT FROM GROUND.
TWO LADDERS AND TWO ROPES ARE HANGING ON EITHER SIDE TO GO
UP THE ROPE. ON REACHING ON TOP HOLD ONE OF THE ROPE ON TOP
AND SLIDE TO OTHER SIDE . DON’T LOOK DOWN . USE LADDER IF YOU

A PLATFORM WITH A LADDER AT APPROX 8 FT.ON REACHING ON TOP FREE HAND
OF ROPE IS HANDED OVER
HOLD THE ROPE AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE. STRETCH YOURSELF AND FOLD BOTH
LEGS TO PREVENT TOUCHING GROUND. TAKE A JUMP LIKE TARZAN AND LAND
BEYOND IMAGINARY RED LINES ON SAND INDICATED BY TWO RED BRICK

THERE ARE LADDER.SIDE OF THE RAMP AND VICTORY IS
PAINTED RED AND CAN NOT BE TOUCHED. DON’T LOOK
DOWN.
OBSTACLE NO 10:TIGER’S LEAP
PLATFORM WITH LADDER AT A HEIGHT OF 10 FT IS PLACED.
ROPE IS IN FRONT. CANDIDATE IS EXPECTED TO LEAP LIKE A
TIGER AND HOLD THE ROPE AND COME DOWN. YOU MUST
HAVE ARM STRENGTH WHICH CAN BE DEVELOPED BY DOING
PUSH UPS AND PRACTICING ROPE

Obstacles are arranged in clusters
Object is to score maximum points by repeating high
value obstacles
Hence start with high value obstacles and do others
before repeating
Don’t follow sequence 1 to 10 because criss cross wastes
time.
Obstacle 3 and 5 takes maximum time
