Welcome to the ___th Induction and Turnover Ceremonies of JCI ____________________. Dinner is already being served, and guests may now proceed to the buffet stations. While you are enjoying the sumptuous dinner prepared by JCI <chapter>, let us now proceed to the presentation of the 2016 Leadership Excellence Awards. May we now call on JCI ___________________ Outgoing President ___________________ and 2016 Secretary ___________________ to hand out the Leadership Excellence Awards. The Master of Ceremonies or MC should be a JCI Member. Dinner can be served prior to the start of the program to save time. Awards given to the LO by the outgoing president may be given at this time to shorten the program. 2016 LO SECRETARY The Leadership Excellence Awards are being given to outstanding JCI ____________________ Members for the year 2016 that have showed unparalleled dedication to the tenets of the JCI and contributed immensely to the success of the chapter in 2016. We are truly honored with your presence here tonight, and let me say that all the officers, members, and even the baby JCI Members of our chapter have worked very hard to ensure the success of tonight’s event. Let us not waste a moment longer, to get the program started, may we call on JCI Member_______________________, for the Acknowledgment of Guests and Visiting JCI Chapters. RVP OATH OF OFFICE SCRIPT: The office to which you have been elected is one of dignity and importance. In accepting this office you undertake a responsibility, which is not to be assumed lightly nor carelessly discharge. You are charged with the duties of seriously and resolutely furthering the objectives of the JCI Philippines and of the Junior Chamber International Philippines. With the Constitution and By-Laws and Policy Manual as your guide, you must be ever ready to exercise the functions of the office with which you are entrusted. Further, you are charged with governing this organization according to the laws of democracy, under which laws every man who wishes to speak shall be heard, toward the end that in every matter considered, the best opinion shall prevail through the expressed will of the majority, and the best course of action followed. This is an absolute rule. If the RVP is absent, the AVP shall decide who shall charge (preferably a Past RVP from the same region).
