Initiativers is a platform that unites citizens, organizations, and governments to collaboratively address societal problems through missions that citizens can volunteer for. The platform encourages proactive citizen engagement by rewarding completion of tasks with karma points, while organizations identify issues needing community support. Inspired by historical figures like Gandhi and Mandela, Initiativers aims to mobilize individuals to make a positive impact in their communities.

How it works • INITIATIVERS is a web and mobile platform to mobilize citizens, organizations, government and NGOs for solving problems. • INITIATIVERS will identify organizations, government departments or NGOs which need help from citizens in fixing problems. • Organizations, Government or NGOs will create engaging missions which citizens can take up. • A Mission will have minimum two and maximum 10 tasks. • Each task calls for an action from citizens. • Each task will have a reward as karma points. • Mission must be time sensitive. • Citizens will complete missions by completing tasks and updating web or mobile application.
- 6. Organization, Govt. or NGO’s role • support. Identify problems where they need citizens • Using our platform create a mission to solve those problems with help of citizens. • Make sure completion of the missions. • Support active community by regular updates on the progress of mission. • If possible create reward system for supporters on top of Karama points given by the platform.

Initiativer’s Role! • Identify major problems and NGOs/Govt. department who are working to solve them. • Identify organizations, NGOs which needs community support. • Work with them to create compelling missions to be completed by community. • Engage active community around missions, to complete them. • Report detailed status of missions to everyone. • Ensure completion of missions!
