Choice Allowing students to choose provides them with intrinsic motivation.Students are motivated to learn about topics that are of interest to them.Provide students a variety of media materials to accomplish the assigned task (Powerpoint, Blogs, Wikis, Digital Storytelling, etc)
Give students the freedom to choose their own topics

Challenge Providing tasks to students that are just beyond their skill level but keep them motivated.Definition		ApplicationTeacher provides feedback during students drafts of work. Teacher explains where the students can improve, what to add, or what to edit out.
