The Scottish Resource Centre for Women in SET Sets out to create sustainable change for the participation of women in the SET (Science, Engineering, Technology) sectors in Scotland through: Changing employment practices and workplace cultures to support gender equality Supporting the recruitment, retention, return and success of women where they are significantly under-represented.
