The i9 server has native failover/redundancy capabilities to avoid the need for expensive unsupervised 3rd party failover software, and it also supports the AtHand NOC server for system remote updating and monitoring. With the i9 server, you can interface virtually any alarm and mobile device together, regardless of the system type of brand. This service includes a dedicated built-in web server (leveraging the most recent HTML5 and CSS3 web browser languages) to ensure operation across virtually any web browser. No web browser plugins are required to view the embedded web pages. By leveraging web server/browser technology, you can be assured that an interface 9 solution is compatible across many devices and operating systems. Using standard web browsers also prevents the need of installing thick-client programs to monitor and manage the system, so there are no separate management programs to install, maintain or upgrade. If you receive an i9 upgrade to the server, all workstations are automatically updated and compatible regardless of their operating system or location on the network.
