- 1. Katy: Hi I’m here with Cliff Mord a community case worker in Oldham, what support is available in Oldham for the elderly victims of crime? Carl: the support we have is quite large, we look on the basis where everyone is individual and we treat everyone as individual, depends on their individual needs and what has happened to them. Everybody reacts to crime differently. Some people can trug it off and some people cannot. If necessary we can refer them to other agencies or other organisations with the client’s permission. If we feel there’s a safe guarding issue then we can take that up immediately.
