- 3. Answers for Fresher • I have faced many challenges in my life. But most toughest challenge I have faced was to complete my MBA project work within 45 days. I have to collect the details, type the content and prepare a complete project within this course of time was very toughest job. But with my hard work, dedication and guidance of faculties I have successfully completed the challenge. • Life itself is a challenge. Every day we come across different problems, resolves it & learn from mistakes. The challenge which I faced recently is to crack the bank PO exam in the first shot itself, which results on bringing me here. • I never face any kind of tough challenge in my life, yes I do faced many challenges which I overcome with my ability and positive attitude towards life, but I never find them difficult which I couldn’t able to overcome. Challenges are the part of life, it depends on the person how we deal with it.
- 4. Answers for Experienced Professionals • The greatest challenge I've faced in my career till date has to be the key role I played in helping my company survive the recent recession. The company was undoubtedly not prepared for the advent and impact of the recession; their financial reserves were just too weak. Those of us who were left faced a lot of struggle to keep sales levels up and costs down while maintaining our standards of customer service. I learned a great deal from the experience. It was a great challenge. While we certainly did have a tough time of it, we successfully rode out the recession and the cost control measures which I personally devised and implemented ultimately resulted in a significantly healthier bottom line than we had had before the recession. • I have faced lot of challenges in my organisation like customers being rude and irritated to us. I have faced the challenge by being polite to customers , apologies for the inconvenience, being calm etc. Overall it has given me a good experience about how to interact with annoyed customers. The only way to overcome challenges is to face them.
