 Tell Me about yourself
- Start with the present and tell why you are well
qualified for the position.
- In other words you must sell what the buyer is
buying.

- Key strategy is to fulfill the interviewers wants &
needs.
- Prior to interview, u should have a list mentally
prepared.
- Ex: Honesty, integrity , a decent human being,

- Disguise strength as a weakness.
- Ex: “ I sometimes push my people too hard. I like

 Don’t chew gum before or during the interview.
 Do shake hands firmly.
 Don’t have a clammy handshake.
 Do show enthusiasm in the position.
 Don’t tell jokes during interview.
 Do avoid controversial topics.
