Our Team
Andy Liddle, Director
•        An internationally recognized expert consulting in Lean Six Sigma deployment and process improvement with well over 15 years
         experience in Lean and Six Sigma and process improvement.
•        Lead Lean and Six Sigma Assessor for the British Quality Foundation.
•        He enjoys helping companies maximize the business benefit of Lean and Six Sigma in their company working at all levels from
         executive level strategy development and deployment, through to shop floor training and project coaching.
Andrew Ruddick, Director
•        A highly experienced change leader and Lean Six Sigma practitioner. A certified Master Black Belt &
         Champion, he has worked both as a consultant and in the deployment of Lean Six Sigma since 1998.
•        Very pragmatic and practical Andrew is particularly skilled in the tailoring & application of six sigma and lean techniques to a wide
         variety of environments beyond manufacturing.. He is also a recognised expert in customer driven Design For Six Sigma
Geoff Noble, Senior Associate
•        Over 30 year’s international experience in the USA, Europe, Middle East and S.E. Asia, in such industries
          as automotive, aerospace, packaging, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and chemicals.
•        He has extensive experience in all phases of continuous improvement programs, including strategy deployment, executive
         training, champion and sponsor training, project selection, Green Belt and Black Belt training, and Lean assessments and
         'kaizen”‘ rapid improvement event facilitation. French speaker living in Brussels.

Michaela Mueller, Associate Director
•        A native German speaker, Michaela is equally at home training in English or German . An engineer by training Michaela has
         worked in the Automotive and Healthcare industries in Germany and the US. For the last 10 years she has been a business
         advisor and business change leader with prestigious consulting brands including Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
•        Her clients have spanned private, public, and not-for-profit sectors including UK local government, the UK and US health sectors,
         financial services.
•        She is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) business practitioner and a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
         coach to individuals and teams.

Linda Harrison, Associate
•        Linda is a fully qualified Black Belt and uses Lean and Six Sigma as her preferred methods for change.
•        Able to articulate the process improvement tools used in an inspiring manner, she comes from a practical operations background
         and is well used to working in a hands on manner. Strong facilitation skills allow her to take any kind of project and run with it.
•        Her talent for demystifying Lean Six Sigma and getting things moving has delivered very significant bottom line improvements to
         our customers.
•        An experienced Quality Manager Linda can tie together your quality systems with your actual hands on processes to ensure that
